(970) 412-MOVE
This page is for people I’ve already spoken with by phone or text. You don’t need to re-explain anything here. This is just a simple check-in so I can reserve your day and time.
Local moving is $250 per hour. There’s a 10% discount if you pay with cash. There are no deposits. Reservations are free. You pay after the move is complete. I coordinate every move myself, and I’ll confirm everything after you submit.
Fill out your name and the day and time you’re hoping for. Once it comes through, I’ll review it and call or text you back to confirm availability.
If the time works, I’ll lock it in. If there’s a conflict, I’ll talk it through with you and find the closest option. Either way, it’s me responding.
My name is Cipriano Durán. I own A Good Moving Company, and I’ve been doing this since 2007. I answer every call, assign every crew, and stay involved from start to finish because that’s how I make sure the job gets done right.
I take moving personally. My family’s name is attached to the work, and that matters to me. I don’t hand your move off to someone you’ve never spoken to.
Over the years, customers kept asking for an easy way to lock in a move after we talked. This page exists so you don’t have to keep texting details back and forth.
You already know how I work. This just puts it in one place so we can move forward without friction.
Most local moves start early in the morning. Smaller homes often finish around lunch. Larger homes usually take the full day. Almost all local moves are completed in one day.
Cost is tied to time. At $250 per hour, a shorter morning move is often around a thousand dollars. A full-day move is closer to two thousand. Bigger homes take longer. That’s the reality I see over and over.
If this feels right, go ahead and request your day and time. If it doesn’t, that’s okay too. There’s no deposit and no obligation.
Even if you submit the form, I’m still going to call you. We’ll talk it through and make sure it actually makes sense for what you need.
If you’d rather talk again before submitting, call me. It will be me who answers. If you already talked to me, you know how this works.
Thanks for reaching out. I appreciate the chance to help you move.
A pause. A clear boundary. A single decision that sticks. It’s not dramatic, but it’s stabilizing. The noise drops just enough for everyone to breathe again.
Progress resumes with fewer words. Tasks complete instead of restarting. The day is still heavy, but it’s no longer slipping. Relief doesn’t arrive yet — control does.
The quiet doesn’t feel celebratory at first. It feels empty. Then it settles. Looking back, the chaos makes more sense than it did while it was happening — which is usually how people know they made it through.
