1. Governing Law

A Good Moving Company (“AGMC”) operates under Colorado Public Utilities Commission certificate HHG-00269 and U.S. Department of Transportation registration #1784988 / MC 867345. All services follow CFR Title 49 Part 375 (Household Goods Transportation) and applicable Colorado laws. Legal venue for disputes is Larimer County, Colorado.

2. How Your Move Works

You schedule your move online or by phone, and Cipriano confirms the details directly.
The moving clock starts when the crew begins work and continues through drive time until unloading is complete.
Your total cost = hours × hourly rate.
Payment is due at completion.
Cash payments receive 10 percent off.
Credit card and online payments are accepted.
AGMC operates on honesty, hard work, and good faith—no hidden fees or gimmicks.

3. Valuation & Coverage

All customers receive basic valuation coverage at $0.60 per pound per item, as required by law.
Example: a 100-lb sofa = $60 maximum value.
AGMC is not an insurance company and does not sell insurance.
Customers wanting higher protection may purchase relocation insurance from a licensed third-party provider.

4. Good Faith Policy

If AGMC accidentally damages property, we act in good faith to resolve it.
We repair, credit, or reimburse up to the legal limit ($0.60 per lb per item).
We may offer additional goodwill assistance at our discretion.
Our philosophy: do right by people, and they’ll tell their friends.

5. What’s Covered / Not Covered

Covered: Breakage or damage caused by handling.
Not Covered: Normal wear, sentimental value, jewelry, heirlooms, or undeclared items.
All claims must be reported before the crew departs or within 7 days to agmc@agoodmovingcompany.com.

6. Dispute Resolution

AGMC strives to resolve all issues directly with customers.
If a matter cannot be resolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration in Larimer County, Colorado, under C.R.S. § 13-22-201 and 49 CFR § 375.211.

7. Privacy Notice

AGMC collects limited customer data (contact information, addresses, and payment details) solely to perform moving services.
We do not sell or share personal information.
Customers may request deletion of records by emailing agmc@agoodmovingcompany.com.
