I used A Good Moving Company for the second time. Ben and Cody arrived on time and went right to work. They were extremely professional! And personable. They did a great job! I dealt with Cipriano at the office to get everything set up to begin with, and what he promised is what we got. I said it before and I’ll say it again A Good Moving Company. I spoke to Cipriano about my needs and a time was agreed upon, unfortunately I needed to change the date which he accommodated. His crew was scheduled at 5 pm, at 5:30 I sent a text and was told they would be there at 9:30 pm. Waiting for a moving company for 4 hours after the agreed upon time isn't good customer service. I didn't receive an apology only a request to be understanding. I might have been understanding had a call been made earlier in the day but that call never came. He stated that his job as a fire fighter was his main priority and he cancelled my request, which was fine as I wasn't going to give a company who demonstrated such poor customer service my business anyways.

JC and Izzy were my movers and they did one hell of a job! I was very impressed with what that did considering how big, heavy, and fragile my items were and they had to move them through very small staircase too! Great job! Great guys! Thank you for making my move easy!!! I would highly recommend them and will use them for future moves as well!

A Good Moving Company moved all of the large items we couldn't move ourselves from Fort Collins to Loveland. Nate and JC were our movers, and they were amazing. They showed up right at the scheduled time with a large moving truck, and we very quick and careful at moving all of our items. We were quoted a very fair hourly rate when scheduling the move, no additional surcharges or surprise charges were added when settling the account upon completion, and as I said, these guys worked fast, so I didn't feel like they were taking their time in order to rack up billable hours. None of our furniture or other items were damaged during the move. I highly recommend these guys, and recommend that you request Nate and JC.

Jack and Ben were amazing! I just drove straight from Houston to Fort Collins today so I was exhausted, to say the least. Jack and Ben were incredibly helpful and patient with my scattered instructions and were able to knock out the job quick! I couldn't have done it without them. They were also extremely polite and very communicative with me. I WILL definitely hire A Good Moving Company again and I WILL request Jack and Ben, as they were so awesome to work with. Thank you!!
