I used A Good Moving Company for the second time. Ben and Cody arrived on time and went right to work. They were extremely professional! And personable. They did a great job! I dealt with Cipriano at the office to get everything set up to begin with, and what he promised is what we got. I said it before and I’ll say it again A Good Moving Company. I spoke to Cipriano about my needs and a time was agreed upon, unfortunately I needed to change the date which he accommodated. His crew was scheduled at 5 pm, at 5:30 I sent a text and was told they would be there at 9:30 pm. Waiting for a moving company for 4 hours after the agreed upon time isn't good customer service. I didn't receive an apology only a request to be understanding. I might have been understanding had a call been made earlier in the day but that call never came. He stated that his job as a fire fighter was his main priority and he cancelled my request, which was fine as I wasn't going to give a company who demonstrated such poor customer service my business anyways.
